During Centers Time, some of the preschoolers decided they wanted to set up the table and pretend food outside. "We are going to have a party!"
And then I heard, "We need birthday crowns!" I knew where this was going!
Out came big sheets of paper, crayons, markers, scissors, tape and the stapler.
And then the creativity began!
Let the party begin!
I love the way it all evolves. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with them isn't it :)
ReplyDeleteThose are my favorite kind of Parties!! I love when something evolves out of "nothing." I find those are the days I remember most, not the Holiday Parties or even the Special Programs, it is the little moments that make it all worth while :)
ReplyDeleteThe day flows much better when we allow kids input on their curriculum, doesn't it? I'll bet they had a great time...they put a lot of work into it!
