The children made beads out of white clay and painted them. We added some colored macaroni and there it is - a Christmas necklace! We tucked them into small jewelry boxes to be sent home for the holidays. I just loved how they turned out!

Simple Christmas Prints
Perfect for small hands
So often the simplest activities are the most fun. All you need are large Christmas shapes, trays of paint, and large sheets of paper. Let them go at it! This is a favorite with my 2's and my 3's.

Gingerbread Cookies
The first week of every December we do a gingerbread unit. We read The Gingerbread Man and Gingerbread Baby and wonder if any of our gingerbread cookies will escape the oven during baking. When they came out of the oven, we carefully counted to make sure all were there.
