Blocks and a Light Rope

This morning I decided to add a light rope to the block corner. We turned the lights off in that part of the room and the children went to work!

Something we can do at camp that we can't at preschool - leave things out all week. I just love this because the children often ask if they can return to it the next day. Unfortunately during the school year our classrooms are half the size so we need to double up and use our block area for circle time and then small groups. 


I'm sure they will be excited to find it still standing in the morning.
