Shiny Collages

I saw Childhood 101's All Asparkle Collage and it inspired me to have our 3's do individual shiny collages.

I stapled sheets of aluminum foil to construction paper (making sure to leave a "frame" around the foil) and provided trays of shiny objects.

The preschoolers then glued whatever they wanted onto the foil to create their shiny collages.

Everything we glued onto the foil was recycled. My favorite kind of project! I can't wait to display these on the bulletin board!

Added the following day:

Okay, here are pictures of the collages on the bulletin board. Each one so unique!

(There's a spot at the bottom just waiting for one more collage whose artist loved glue so much that it's still wet!)

  3. My kids would LOVE this. Children can choose the materials and the placement, it's open ended and messy! Perfect. Visiting from Living Life Intentionally Linky Party.
