Awhile back I mentioned how we use our plastic Easter eggs after Easter is over. Well, this was one of those projects.
I placed the eggs in a pan with red and yellow paint.
The 3's placed their carrot-shaped paper in a box lid and scooped the painted eggs inside and rolled them around.
After they dried, we started step two: adding the carrot top.
I drew lines 3/4 of the way up a piece of green paper for them to cut.
They added the tops to their carrots with a glue stick.
This week we will make carrot muffins!
