Painted Golf Balls in a Rolling Can!

If you've got a large can with a lid, or another similar type of container, try using it in an art project like this!

You need:
Large Container with Lid
Golf Balls
Tempera Paint
Spoons and Trays for Paint
Paper that will Fit Inside the Container

Place paper on the side of the container.

Fine Motor: The preschooler spoons the paint-covered golf balls into the container.

Press the lid securely on the top.

Large Motor: Carry the container to the floor.

Large Motor: Roll the can across the room! The sound is delightful!

Lift the lid and enjoy the surprise inside.

Remove golf balls and paper.

  1. So fun! I bet the sounds were great with the tin container, too. Same concept as my recent Silly Sensory Ball post but even better with the sound element! Thanks for sharing in the Kids Co-Op.
